WOW, it's been so long

and for that, I'm sorry blogland. Nothing really exciting going on with me............so let me see........OH, I got a new job with an awesome Chiropractor and for once in my life, I actually like going to work. I get to do more than just the medical billing, I actually get to talk to patients! I will be giving them a consultation by going over their insurance benefits for chiropractic care, review their treatment schedule and then give them a tour of the office. I love speaking with people because I'm such a good ass kisser. REALLY, you say?? Please ask Fyrchk if you doubt that.

Hmmmm, I moved in with a friend of mine which is nice because I was getting tired of staying with my mom. I love her, but I'm too old to be living with her and she was ALWAYS up in my business.

I went on a few dates which all turned out in disaster. One guy asked me to meet him at the movies. You'd think that he'd be waiting outside for me, right? NOO!! Not this guy, he was INSIDE! And I'm not talking just inside the doors where you buy tickets, he'd already bought his ticket and was waiting IN THE THEATER for me!!!!!! Yeah, that ended before it started. AND he brought his friend who so kindly sat on the other side of me. NO, HE WASN'T IN HIGH SCHOOL EITHER!! I think he was gay.

I went on a bike ride with another guy, which was really fun. He has a Harley cruiser type bike. He owns his own house, has 2 cars, a motorcycle and great job but damn that lack of attraction. What the fuck is wrong with me??

Enough of that. I know ya'll are DYING to know about Sammy. We had court for the black eye he gave me a few months back. See below a few posts if you don't know what I'm talking about. He got 24 months of unsupervised probation and 25 weeks of anger management. AND his grandmother kicked him out of her house, so he moved in with his 20 y/o girlfriend at her parents house. How sweet is that??

That's all for now. I hope all is well with everyone!!

Deep Throat of the Day: Who waits for their date IN THE THEATER???

I don't get why crack-addled grandma kicked him out. Can't he do no wrong?

My husband did that to me once (we were only engaged at the time). We were in a store across the street from the theatre and I told him I was going to go pay for something but after I was done, I couldn't find him. I looked all around the store and then went across the street and looked around the lobby in the theatre. Then I went back across the street and looked in the store again. I was thinking the only place he could be is in the theatre, but I thought he wouldn't do something stupid like that. Sure enough he was sitting in there watching the movie. I flipped out and was whisper/yelling at him. He never apologizes for anything, but he apologized for that.

Does you're ex's girlfriend's parents know what he did to you? What kind of parents would let him stay with their 20 y/o daughter in their house????

Um, I'm sorry for laughing but the guy was inside the movie theatre with is friend waiting for you? That sounds like something that would happen to me.

You must have been late and he didn't want to miss the previews... yeah... I have missed the planned movie waiting outside for someone. I hated that, but I waited because I said I would.

New job sounds like a good fit.

Lack of attraction is a real bummer - the relationship just doesn't work, and you can't even get a decent post out of it. At least you got a laugh out of the other guy and his friend.

My god, what did Sammy do to get kicked outta Grammie's house? Did he forget to pay the cable bill or something? I mean, I thought Sammy's shit turned into $20 bills, to his grandmother.

That's funny. Grown-ass man, living with a 20 year old - in her parents' house. They must LOVE that.

Glad you're liking your job. I know you better be callin' a brotha sometime.

(Yeah, that's how we roll, people. I'm special.)

Anger Management courses? Puhlllleeeezz...

Those things are useless when it comes to domestic abuse cases, because domestic abusers aren't generally violent towards the general population--just their SOs. It's sad, really, that the courts can't see this. Send 'em to anger classes and wash your hands. Bullshit.

sorry....none of my business, really. It just frosts my pumpkin.

Wow, a job that doesn't cause eye-twitching!
Adventures in Date-Land! If nothing else, bad dates create excellent fodder for the blog. Or you can use them as I did, tell bad date stories while ON a bad date. Excellent.

Congrats on the new job. It's nice to like where you work and what you do.

Second, share your bravery with me so I'll get on my hubby's Harley and get him off my back...

Third, I just peed my pants. Sammy got kicked out of his grandma's house and moved in with his 20 year old girlfriend's parents house??!?!?! Who are these people?!?!?

Looks like you got out just in the nick of time. Dating blows.

So you're saying there's something wrong with waiting for your date in the theatre and having your buddy sit on the other side of said date during the movie? I better write that down... :)

That guy waiting inside the theatre with a friend? Cheap-ass and totally insecure! That's hilarious. Maybe his mommy wouldn't let him leave the house alone.
I could understand waiting inside if the weather was really bad and he had bought your ticket and was waiting with the ticket taker (my husband has done this). Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone in. He deserved to be stood up. Maybe it's happened before which is why he takes a friend now...cheap ass.

Sammy needs to get a beating, not unsupervised probation (what the hell is that besides a get out of jail free card?)

Glad to hear about your awesome job situation. But dude, the dates! You're dealing with the same grade of cretin that I kept running across. ;)

Okay, the movie thing was just crazy. I hope it was at least a good movie.

My daugher's 16 now, and I could not imagine that we would be willing to let her boyfriend move in with us in four years. (Holy moly - my child with be 20 in four years! Why did I even have that thought?) Anyway, it sounds like all Sammy's bad karma is coming right back to him.

I'm so glad you have a job you enjoy! That's a real blessing. And men...well, there's always plenty to date, but few are good to keep. Damn that attraction thing too. I have three guys in my past I briefly dated and realized I couldn't ever fuck without laughing. It's sad because they are great people...but you can't force attraction. Oh well!

I wouldn't have even gone into the theatre!

It's pretty bad when someone who lets their 15 yr old granddaughter have her 19 yr old boyfriend stay overnight with the room locked gets fed up enough to kick you out. Nice job, Sammy.

And now he lives with his 20 yr old girlfriend? And her parents? Obviously, he's moved on to the next group of people to manipulate.

Oh yeah. Movies. I don't really like going to a movie on the first date unless you go to dinner first. You know, to do that weird "talk and get to know" thing. You can't do that at a movie.

But. Arranging a movie date with someone and not waiting for her outside? Motherfucking duh. I know it's old-fashioned, but first date? Movie? Here, let me pay for your ticket. I guess I'd have to wait for you outside to do that, huh. Yeah, I'm a nerd, I have very little social skills, but damn, even *I* know to wait outside. First date or 50th date, wait outside for the woman! Sheesh.

Heh...don't you just love dating??

NOT

Get the hell out of there, bring your life to a better place, tell your son the truth, it will set you free. He's older than you think, and by the way- you're beautiful.

Glad Sammy got knocked out and congrats on the new job.

Glad to hear things are going pretty good with you, despite the few bad dates that is. I guess that means you had to buy your own ticket?
